"Vinyasa" means to move or place with intention. "Krama" is the intelligence behind that intention - and the purpose behind the practice structures that we choose. For example, we may believe that by increasing practice challenges, the benefits of practice increase. But - how can we challenge our "flow," and at the same time, honor where we are today? This workshop not only aims to help the student physically strengthen, it also encourages deep listening to the wisdom of our bodies. Using the principles of "Ahimsa" (non-harming) and "Satya" (truthfulness) find your own "compassionate truth" in your personal practice.
