In this Sankalpa Vinyasa practice, tap into your deepest intentions for the New Year! This yoga celebration includes: intention setting and journaling; all-levels movement; rejuvenating relaxation, guided journeying and meditation; and, 'round midnight, joyous chanting and a potluck to bring in 2017! Please bring a light snack to share. Tea and water provided - in the spirit of enjoying a mindful NYE, this is an alcohol-free event. NOTE: The workshop runs from 9:30pm on Saturday, 12/31 until 12:30am on 1/1.
