Using a variety of 1- to 15-minute mini-meditations from diverse traditions, the session helps cultivate a personal practice that fits your needs. You don't have to sit still, clear your thoughts or devote hours in order to reap the benefits of meditation: reduced stress, improved focus and peace of mind. This workshop also includes breathing exercises to enhance concentration, light yoga movement to awaken the body (no experience necessary), and a guided deep relaxation to integrate the day's practice. Yoga mats, cushions and handouts provided. Holly started meditating by accident in 1990, and has shared her Myth Busters with at-risk youth, incarcerated women and simply stressed-out folks since 2008.
