Please join us for a free prenatal yoga class for the community, taught by teacher trainees (Emily, Jennryn, and Lauren) in April Puciata's 85 hour prenatal yoga training program. All levels are welcome.
Prenatal yoga has many benefits - it improves energy level, improves balance, is calming to the nervous system, strengthens muscles in preparation for birth, reduces stress and tension, promotes breathing and relaxation, helps with sleep, and promotes a community for pregnant women.
