Feeling sluggish, bloated, break outs, out of balance? Or just simply looking for natural and non toxic ways to cleanse your body? This workshop is for you! We will start this workshop by talking about some simple, all natural ways we can use to cleanse & detox our body. From oil pulling to dry brushing, breath work to essential oils and of course certain yoga postures. Then we get on our mats to practice a beautiful short flow that will help us stimulate circulatory, digestive, and lymphatic systems, to help rid of our body waste and toxins!
