We often think essential oils are just pretty smells to make our house smell deli- cious, (although it is a nice benefit!) not always being aware of so many other physical & emotional benefits we can get from these plant magics. If you're new to oils, feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, getting better quality of sleep is something you can’t say no to, this workshop is the place to start. We learn more about: -What essential oils are- They are not oils!! -Different ways on how to safely use them to: • Reduce stress & anxiety • Boost the mood • Elevate quality of sleep
We discuss & practice simple breath work to use at times of stress and anxiety. We end the session by choosing our favorite scent to meditate with, drop into a deeper state of mind and calm the nervous system.
