SELF-CARE AND ACTIVISM: RESTORE AND RESIST with Katt Aubry

Join us on Friday, January 18th at 8:00 pm for a 1-hour Restorative Yoga class led by Katt Aubry. Whether you will be joining thousands of folks for the 2019 Women's March, or you simply need a break on a Friday evening, this free community class is for you!

Restorative Yoga is a simple, effective antidote to stress, tension, and anxiety. In this practice, your body is placed in gentle, supported asanas (poses) with the use of props, allowing your mind to truly let go. All props will be supplied. This program is open to students of all levels and styles of Yoga. 

Since the poses are supported by props, they can be held effortlessly for an extended period of time. This results in a state of deep relaxation where these supported poses are also beneficial during times of major life changes, crises, or when recovering from an illness or injury.

When your body is at rest and your mind becomes calm, you can experience the peace within. We hope you can join us for this Restorative Yoga practice to help bring ease, peace, and relaxation to the mind and body. #RestoreandResist ✊
