Embrace FLOW (BASICS/LEVEL 1)
Beginner vinyasa flow classes provide a safe space for new students to learn yoga basics and breathing techniques. The class is moderately paced, alignment based, and thoroughly instructive.
Embrace Slow Flow + Yin (all levels)
This is an easygoing, simple flow that opens and strengthens the body, while also calming your mind. The experience will cultivate harmony between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility. At the end, you will experience the joyful bliss of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). All levels.
Embrace Restorative Yoga
This soothing practice gives you the opportunity to dive in and restore your body, mind and spirit to a natural state of balance. Utilizing props and a targeted relaxing sequence of postures merged with Yoga Nidra (Yoga sleep), you will feel the healing and restorative transformation immediately. All levels.

No time to meditate? Can't sit still or clear your mind? Don't have yoga clothes? This group meditation offers a come-as-you-are setting and diverse collection of practices that busts all of those myths! We'll learn meditation's valuable tools for navigating everyday life - and its unexpected curve balls. Join us each week for a 60-minute class that includes community building, light stretching, breathing practices and a variety of guided meditations. A great way to begin a meditation commitment or expand your current mindfulness circle.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan uses posture (asana) breath (pranayama) and sound (mantra) to stretch the body and mind toward health. In this practice we move and sweat and challenge ourselves to keep up. It’s designed for all levels and easily modified to accommodate all ages, body types and experience. All Levels Welcome.
Embrace Power Flow
This is our all levels powerful, dynamic, and vigorous flow class. The yoga practice will include a focus on heated postures, core work, and strength building postures for the arms and legs. Twist out the toxins, feel the burn, and enjoy blissful moment of renewal.
The AfterParty (all levels)
This playful practice is designed to open, stretch and ignite the body from the inside out. Continue your Friday night vibe as you groove to the music, sweat out the toxins, and peel back the layers soul. All levels!
Spiritually fly flow
This is Faith's passionate Signature Class. Prepare to open your heart, soar with grace, and smile while flowing with love. Let your spirit move you, and have fun rocking the postures in your own divine way. The practice may include inversions and arms balances, and a few challenging sequences. Don't stress, you can always move at your own flow, and child pose is your friend. All Levels.
Inspired by Faith's personal yoga practice and her passion for afro beats, bass, rhythms and lyrics of hip-hop, R&B, NeoSoul and World music, this soulfully crafted practice will have you feeling the burn within every inch of who you are...body, mind & soul. Designed to inspire, her high-spirited Vinyasa experience will shake your core, ignite your soul, and make you sweat. Using the pranayama (breathwork) and music to guide the body, you will plug in and tune into you. All levels.

It includes creative sun salutations, jump backs, binds, inversions, arm balances, and flowing movement that creates heat and calms the mind. Embrace Sunrise Flow
Sunshine or not, this morning practice will heat your body, awaken your mind and ignite your spirit. A flowing fusion of sun salutations, asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and sankalpa (intention setting). Move the body and stimulate your mind! All levels.
Yoga for Life (Pay what you can) all levels
Do you want to "do yoga" for now? Or, do you want to practice yoga for life? This mindful and dynamic session of Asana, Pranayama and meditation addresses long-term wellness of mind, body and spirit. Drawing from contemporary Vinyasa and classical Hatha and Kundalini yoga, Yoga For Life is for students of all ages, who seek to set the foundation for an evolving, life-long practice.
