Beginner vinyasa flow classes provide a safe space for new students to learn yoga basics and breathing techniques. The class is moderately paced, alignment-based, and thoroughly instructive. Students are encouraged to use props and adjustments will be made by the instructor. Basics/Level 1


This free spirited vinyasa flow class truly encourages you to EMBRACE your flow. You will move through the practice with intention, while also stretching and restoring your body from the inside-out. Classes will include sun salutations, creative asana (posture) sequencing, and mindful attention to alignment that works with your body. Teachers may also include mudras, mantras, and meditation. The class could be a small challenge for beginners, but you can always move at your own pace, and child pose is your friend. All levels.

Embrace Flow ~ level 1.5/2

This level 1.5/2 vinyasa flow class is a powerful and dynamic experience. The yoga practice incorporates advanced arm balances, inversions, and energetic sequences that challenge the body and stimulate the mind. You must have knowledge of the basic postures. The teacher will provide detailed instruction on how to advance to deepen postures. The class will build up to specific postures, and the teacher will provide modifications. Teachers may also include mudras, mantras, and meditation. Don't worry if you haven't mastered these postures. Come, have fun and learn! Level 1.5/2

embrace gentle flow ~ all levels

The gentle flow class invites you to move with ease as the teacher guides you through longer holds and slow transitions, while also building heat flexibility and strength. Experience harmony and inner peace as you soften into the breath. Teachers may also include mudras, mantras, and meditation. All levels.


The gentle flow plus yin yoga class will soothe the body and fuel the soul. It begins with nurturing movements, and merges softly into a yin yoga experience. The class is unique in that you can relax in the postures, soften the muscles, and move closer to the bone. The sweet blend of yin postures gives the connective tissues the long, gentle pressure needed for strengthening. All levels.


Embrace Restorative + Reiki combines traditional Restorative Yoga and the energy practice of Reiki. Surrender to the deep relaxation of a targeted series of prop-supported poses, while receiving energetic healing from certified Yoga and Reiki Instructors. Minimizing effort and maximizing rest, this class is a truly rejuvenating experience for body, mind and soul. All levels.

Embrace Friday Flow (Unwind) ~ all levels

This vinyasa class truly encourages you to embrace your flow while unwinding after a busy week. It includes soothing sun salutations, balancing, and rejuvenating movement that creates warmth and calms the mind. Don't stress, you can always move at your pace, and child pose is your friend. All levels.

Soulful Awakening ~ all levels

Connect to your inner self through a gentle, grounding practice followed by a deep Savasana or meditation. The soft nature of this class will allow you to explore your mind and body from within surrounded by our community of powerful energy and vibrant light. All levels.

sukha flow ~ all levels

The Sanskrit term Sukha means good space. In this class 60 minute all levels class, students will be guided into a state of ease and bliss. Through the use of asana, pranayama and sound the instructor will bring you to your edge while inviting in a sense of comfort. Expect slower transitions between poses and longer holds. All levels.


This is our all levels powerful, dynamic, and vigorous flow class. The yoga practice will include a focus on heated postures, core work, and strength building postures for the arms and legs. Twist out the toxins, feel the burn, and enjoy blissful moment of renewal.


This is Faith's passionate Signature Class. Prepare to open your heart, soar with grace, and smile while flowing with love. Let your spirit move you, and have fun embracing the yoga postures in your own divine way. The practice may include a few challenging sequences, arm balances, and inversions. She will always teach 2-3 pranayamas (breathwork), a mantra, and meditation. All Levels.


Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. This technology promotes health, happiness, and spiritual connection. The class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayama), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. Experience your self deeply and notice a transformation towards physical strength, heightened awareness, mental clarity, and inner joy. 


This playful practice is designed to open, stretch and ignite the body from the inside out. Continue your Friday night vibe as you groove to the music, sweat out the toxins, and peel back the layers soul. All levels!

EmPower Flow ~ level 1.5/2

Come to feel held, seen, and empowered; leave with more awareness, bliss, and freedom as you walk away a little bit lighter. Each creative, playful class will offer an enthusiastic focus on alignment and you'll be encouraged to laugh, smile, or even dance on your mat, helping to bring a sense of joy and playfulness as you deeply engage with yourself on a cellular level. The practice may include inversions, arm balances, and challenging sequences, but you will always be welcomed to take your practice where you want with modifications offered along the way. All levels welcome.

Kundalini Meditation

Meditation in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan carefully and precisely supports the mind, and guides the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus. Although there are many styles and approaches to meditation, what sets Kundalini Meditation apart from other is its precision, effectiveness, and practicality. With a wide range and variety of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, the class will focus on a specific meditation each month. For example, there are meditations to reduce stress, work on addictions, increase vitality, and clear chakras, just to name a few. Open to all.

This group meditation class is the perfect way to deepen your sense of awareness, inner peace, and clarity. As the breath unlocks trapped energy and relieves stress, you will find space to ease into a natural state of being and open doorways to your own potential. There will be a mindful collection of practices designed to support where you are, and provide you with the tools to navigate your daily life. Open to all.
