Introductory and class pass Specials are only available on the first visit and one time only. 


~  ATTENDING CLASS ~

Please reserve your class online.  We are a small studio, and if we have zero online registrants we will cancel the class.   do leave a few spaces open in each class for drop in students (don't rely on this).  

We do give up reserved spots 2 minutes before class starts. 

Remove your shoes before entering the studio room.

 If you need a mat or towel, both can be rented for $1 each. Please wipe down your mat after class.

We provide filtered water and tea. Feel free to bring your own water bottle.

Please turn off your cell phones.

LOCAL EMPLOYEE PARTNERSHIP DISCOUNTS
We partner with local, national and international businesses by offering discounts to their employees. If you are interested in creating a partnership and obtaining discounts for staff, email us yoga(at)embracedc.com.

NONPROFIT & PUPLIC SCHOOL TEACHER DISCOUNT
10% off regularly-priced Embrace Class Passes (10-class pass, monthly unlimited, annual unlimited, and monthly memberships). Only available to nonprofit employees and public school employees that make less than $39K.

STUDENT AND SENIOR DISCOUNTS
15% off regularly-priced count passes (single class pass, 10-class pass, monthly unlimited, annual unlimited, and monthly memberships). Students must be enrolled in classes full-time. Seniors must be 65 years of age or older.

Proof of eligibility is required to receive all discounts.
Discounts are offered in studio and cannot be purchased online.

~ Payment ~

We accept cash or credit cards (visa/mastercard/amex), no checks please. No refunds or credit for expired passes.

 ~ Cancellation Policy ~

Please note that all sales are final.

All class passes are non-transferable, non-extendable and non-refundable.

Reservations for all classes must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to the start of class time in order to avoid losing your pass. You may cancel your reservation online by logging into our reservation system, clicking "My Schedule" followed by "Cancel" for any reserved classes you can't make. If you don’t cancel, your class pass or drop in will be lost/charged.

~ Monthly Membership ~

We require a 3-month minimum commitment on our monthly membership. You can cancel the membership 10 days before the $108 is processed (email us). The contract is on a monthly auto payment system.
